On behalf of our fellow workers and members in our union, the Industrial Workers of the World (IWW), the General Executive Board of the IWW wants to send a message of solidarity, love, and the strongest support to all of our fellow workers in the Labor Rights Supported Union of Khmer Employees of NagaWorld (LRSU) in Phnom Penh, Cambodia.

We are inspired by your perseverance to fight for working class power at NagaWorld for the duration of the pandemic, and especially since you launched your strike on December 18, 2021. You have faced precarity and abuse at work, mass anti-union firings, and multiple forms of repression from the police and the government.

In spite of everything that the CEO and bosses at NagaWorld and the authorities have done to attempt to break your strike, you have refused to back down. When your union leadership was targeted and unjustly thrown into prison, more of you stood up to continue to lead the strike. You, fellow workers, are a living testament to our union’s age-old saying: “we are all leaders.” When the Health Ministry intervened and attempted to end your strike in the name of “public health,” you changed tactics and continued your struggle. None of you have cowered in the face of injustice and violence from those craven bosses and authorities who want to keep the LRSU and all the workers of Cambodia in subjugation.

We firmly support your demands that all of the workers who were terminated be rehired at NagaWorld, that all union leaders and activists currently in prison or facing charges be released and their cases dismissed, and that NagaWorld management meet you at the bargaining table.

Although an ocean and many borders separate us, we are united in struggle and solidarity with all members of the Labor Rights Supported Union of Khmer Employees of NagaWorld. It is only when we unite as workers, across industries and across borders, that we can fight for a world where all the needs of workers are met, and where class exploitation ceases to exist.

Stay strong, fellow workers! You will win this struggle. An injury to the LRSU is an injury to the IWW and we stand in solidarity with you every step of the way.

គាំទកម្មករដលធ្វើកូដកម្មនៅណាហ្គវើលដ៍នៅកម្ពុជា!

ក្នុងនាមកម្មករនិយោជិត និងសមាជិកក្នុងសហជីពរបស់យើង កម្មករឧសសាហកម្មនពិភពលោក (IWW) កុមបឹកសាបតិបត្តិទូទៅន IWW ចង់ផ្ញើសារនសាមគ្គីភាព សចក្តីសឡាញ់ និងការគាំទដ៏រឹងមាំបំផុតដល់មិត្តរួមការងាររបស់យើងទាំងអស់នៅក្នុង សហជីពគាំទសិទ្ធិការងាររបស់និយោជិតខ្មរនណាហ្គវើលដ៍(LRSU) នៅទីកុងភ្នំពញ បទសកម្ពុជា។

យើងតូវបានបំផុសគំនិតដោយការតស៊ូរបស់អ្នកដើមបីតស៊ូដើមបីអំណាចវណ្ណៈកម្មករនៅណាហ្គវើល ដ៍សមប់រយៈពលនជំងឺរាតតបាត ហើយជាពិសសចាប់តាំងពីអ្នកបានចាប់ផ្តើមកូដកម្មរបស់អ្នកនៅថ្ងទី18 ខធ្នូឆ្នំ2021។ អ្នកបានបឈមមុខនឹងភាពមិនចបាស់លាស់ និងការរំលោភបំពាននៅកន្លងធ្វើការ ការបាញ់បឆាំងសហជីព និង ទមង់នការគាបសង្កត់ជាចើនពីប៉ូលីស និងរដ្ឋភិបាល។ ទោះបីជាមានរឿងគប់យ៉ងដលនាយកបតិបត្តិនិងថៅកណាហ្គវើលដ៍ និងអាជ្ញធរបានធ្វើដើមបីប៉ុនប៉ងបំបកកូដកម្មរបស់អ្នកក៏ដោយ ក៏អ្នកមិនពមថយកយដរ។ នៅពលដលមដឹកនាំសហជីពរបស់អ្នកតូវបានកំណត់គោលដៅ ហើយតូវដាក់គុកដោយអយុត្តិធម៌ អ្នកកាន់តចើនឡើងបានកកឈរឡើងដើមបីបន្តដឹកនាំកូដកម្ម។ អ្នកជាកម្មករនិយោជិត ជាសក្ខីភាពមួយដលមានជីវិតចំពោះពាកយចាស់របស់សហជីពយើង៖ «យើងទាំងអស់គ្នជាអ្នកដឹកនាំ»។ នៅពលដលកសួងសុខាភិបាលបានធ្វើអន្តរាគមន៍ និងពយាយាមបញ្ចប់កូដកម្មរបស់អ្នកក្នុងនាម "សុខភាពសាធារណៈ" អ្នកបានផ្លស់ប្តូរយុទ្ធសាស្ត និងបន្តការតស៊ូរបស់អ្នក។ គ្មនអ្នកណាម្នក់មិនបានខ្លចរអាចំពោះភាពអយុត្តិធម៌ និងអំពើហិងសាពីថៅក និងអាជ្ញធរដលចងរ់ កសា LRSU និងកម្មករទាំងអស់នបទសកម្ពុជាឱយស្ថិតក្នុងការទម្លក់កំហុសនោះទ។

យើងសូមគាំទយ៉ងមុតមាំនូវការទាមទាររបស់អ្នកដលថាកម្មករទាំងអស់ដលតូវបានបញ្ចប់ការងារ តូវបានជួលនៅណាហ្គវើល ថាមដឹកនាំសហជីព និងសកម្មជនទាំងអស់ដលកំពុងជាប់ពន្ធនាគារ ឬកំពុងបឈមមុខនឹងការចោទបកាន់តូវបានដោះលង ហើយសំណុំរឿងរបស់ពួកគតូវបានបណ្តញចញ ហើយអ្នកគប់គងណាហ្គវើលជួបអ្នកនៅតុចរចា។

ទោះបីជាមហាសមុទ និងពំដនជាចើនបំបកពួកយើងក៏ដោយ ក៏យើងរួបរួមគ្នក្នុងការតស៊ូ និងសាមគ្គីភាពជាមួយសមាជិកទាំងអស់នសហភាពគាំទសិទ្ធិការងាររបស់និយោជិតខ្មរនណាហ្គ វើលដ៍។ វាគន់តជាពលដលយើងរួបរួមគ្នជាកម្មករ ឆ្លងកាត់ឧសសាហកម្មនិងឆ្លងពំដនប៉ុណ្ណះ ដលយើងអាចតស៊ូដើមបីពិភពលោកមួយ ដលតមូវការទាំងអស់របស់កម្មករតូវបានបំពញ និងកន្លងដលការកងបវ័ញ្ចវណ្ណៈឈប់មាន។ រឹងមាំឡើងបងប្អូនកម្មករ! អ្នកនឹងឈ្នះការតស៊ូនះ។ ការរងរបួសចំពោះ LRSU គឺជារបួសដល់ IWW ហើយយើងឈរក្នុងសាមគ្គីភាពជាមួយអ្នកគប់ជំហាននផ្លូវ។
