Online Application for IWW Membership

Attention prospective IWW Member:

Please complete the following form. Be sure to include all required information and as much optional information as possible.  Include accurate and current contact information or we will be unable to complete your application.

Please note that completion of this form does not guarantee membership in the IWW.  We MUST receive both the completed application and initiation fees and at least one month's dues. We process online sign-ups in 4 blocks throughout the month, and mail out new member packets on the business days following the 1st, 8th, 15th, and 22nd of every month. If you submit both an application and payment you should receive your new member materials via USPS 7-10 business days later, please email membership@iww.org if more than 10 business days have passed and you do not yet have them.

If you are in a city or town with an existing branch, you should contact them directly and join locally. If you join online we can transfer your membership later, but you will be adding an extra step before joining your local branch. 

If you are located outside of the United States: please visit our directory to find local contacts and information on joining your nearest Regional Organizing Committee or Regional Administration.
