Attention perspective IWW Member:

Please complete the following form. Be sure to include all required information and as much optional information as possible.  Include accurate and current contact information or we will be unable to complete your application.

Please note that completion of this form does not guarantee membership in the IWW.  Once received, the IWW will contact you to complete your initiation (if you are eligible for membership) into the union, which will include paying initiation fees and at least one month's dues. There are several options for payment which will be offered once we contact you.

If you have any questions before completing this form, you may try contacting the Nearest IWW Branch or (failing that), our General Headquarters.
