Have you recently made an order through our web site? Has it seemed like it has taken too long for your order to arrive? Do you need confirmation on your order? If so, please read the following:

(1) Remember to allow about 1 week for processing and 2-5 weeks for delivery in the United States. International Orders may take longer.

(2) If it has been longer than five weeks, please email our General Headquarters at books@iww.org.

(3) If you still do not receive a response, try calling the IWW at (215) 222-1905.

Please remember that we are an (almost) entirely all volunteer organization, and our first priority is organizing the unorganized. We will do our best, but sometimes we cannot operate as fast as an organization primarily devoted to the sale of merchandise. We will honor all sales (even if it takes time).
