hi all

London GMB are having our first IU 620 IOC meeting in a week's time and i was hoping to pick people's brains about how it could go. we're unfortunately a wee bit strapped for cash and so we're having it in a pub. it's a quiet pub but a pub nonetheless. so i'm expecting it to be fairly informal as an initial meet-and-greet and a bit of a brainstorm for London IWW education workers.

however these can get a bit messy and fall into general chit chat and so it would be good to get some ideas on agenda items, or methods of having a productive yet relaxed meeting. special reference to IU 620 would be nice too...
