Lastest development is another barista that's been training me figured out who i was yesterday.  We realized we have a mutual friend and i told him i met our mutual friend because he worked at the coffeeshop next to Sabo's (an infoshop the gr branch had in '05).  He said he had been into sabo's before to see our friend play guitar at open mic night.  I saw the gears working in his head and he asked me who owned that.  Not willing to come clean yet i just said it was a group of us called 'sabo's'.  He understood though.  He dropped his guard and we discussed hanging out, how crazy the store managers are, and a some other things.  i think i could have just told him, but i'm more comfortable right now with it just being unspoken until i can truly prove myself to the rest of my coworkers.
Interestingly though when he was about to leave for the day he came in the back (where i was breaking down boxes) and made a point of shaking my hand before he left.  We plan on hanging out sometime after work.
So far my expierance has been good.  I'm commended every day by management on how i'm not a slacker, and that i always find something to keep busy with. i'll stop rambling.
