Lancaster IWW Tabling/Outreach at Occupy

A meeting for Lancaster IWW members will be held from 1-3pm to discuss our plans for local growth and planning future activities/events.
From 3-7pm we'll be at Occupy Lancaster to do tabling and outreach with occupants and city residents. As a way of supporting and providing solidarity to Occupy Lancaster, we'll be preparing a meal and sharing with all the folks staying at the Park.
Everybody is invited to stop by and visit the Park and talk to us, this is a great opportunity to learn about the importance of labor organizing and its importance within the Occupy movement, the IWW and also have the chance to sign up and join the IWW.

Greater Lancaster Wobbly Cook-Out

The Lancaster Wobs will be hosting a cook-out and inviting fellow wobs and supporters from the Central-Eastern Pennsylvania region (basically between Harrisburg and Philadelphia) to meet and hang out together.
There's lots of individual members or small pockets of members and supporters and we'd like to see how we can all help each other and facilitate the growth of the IWW in our respective areas.
We'll be doing the food potluck-style... we'll have typical grilling foods and we encourage attendees to bring something to share as well. Contact Josh at jtredd05@gmail if you plan on attending and have specific allergies or dietary concerns and/or if you plan on bringing food or drink.
Also, we know a couple of wobs and other individuals who have kids and we want to make sure they know kids are welcome too! There's a backyard and a whole house to run around in. Email with any important info that you might think help with planning the party.
A delegate will be present for those who wish to pay dues and/or sign up!
