An international socialist grouping of which I am a part has recently published a major perspectives document. This document seeks to outline the major forces at work in the world today. It does NOT pretend to be the final say about everything, nor does it pretend to have all the answers. It seeks to raise some important (in my opinion) questions and pose some major issues.
