I am a wobbly and bicycle mechanic here in Baltimore, Maryland.  I attended the United Bicycle Institute in Eugene, Or, and would like to assist any wobbly that would like to learn how to work on bicycles.  I don't do very much traveling, so I am afraid that the learning would have to be done in Baltimore, although if anyone has any questions they could send me a private message or email.
