Curbside Recycling Stop Work Meeting - Mini-Rally

IWW workers at Curbside have been fighting EC management and need a boost of support from the rest of the union. This Stop Work Meeting is planned as a 'Mini-Rally' at the very beginning of the day, when the workers are strongest, to demonstrate to management that IWWs at Curbside will not be intimidated and have the full backing of the rest of their union.

Ecology Center management have been disrespecting long standing work rules and violating standard seniority procedures. Most recent was management's attempt to isolate and discipline IWW Shop Steward Michael Hudgins.

We will be coordinating rides for this early morning action so talk it up with your fellow workers and lets show up with flags, buttons, and banners and demonstrate our solidarity with IWW members at Curbside.

We will also link these workers' struggle with EC bosses to IWW struggles at other workplaces including highlighting the big Rally at Shattuck Cinemas that Friday evening at 6pm.

For some of you this will be your first opportunity to meet IWW members at Curbside and see their workplace.  Don't miss this exciting action!
