About LondonIWW:
London IWW started to be formed in 2005.
We have been growing steadily since then.
We meet every first Wednesday of the month at Freedom Bookshop (in Angel Alley, 84b Whitechapel High Street, London E1 7QX. The alley is next to the KFC near Aldgate East tube, Whitechapel Art Gallery exit. Visit www.freedompress.org.uk and click on the map for detailed directions). We meet before 7pm for a 7pm start. You can use the mobile number below to make sure a meeting is going ahead if you are worried about possible cancellation* or if you need verbal directions.
We have members working in a range of industries, from education to construction, printing and retail. We welcome all wage workers in the Greater London area, as far as places such as Watford and Croydon. For people further afield, there are branches in Reading and Cambridge, who we can pass on your details to, on request.
