Washington DC Industrial Workers of the World

The DC-IWW has been meeting (in its current manifestation) since July 25th, 2006. Since hitting the ground, we've been working in solidarity with the fired Starbucks workers in NYC with pickets every two weeks, and with the teachers' union and people's assemblies in Oaxaca, Mexico.

 We are looking to put on our organizing faces, though, so if you are in the DC area and you are interested in organizing to take control of your workplace, dumping the bosses off your back and abolishing the wage system, contact us!
